He should probably introduce himself, but he’s up to some big stuff right now, so here goes: He’s a feisty character, a true marriage of Islay single malt whiskies (including Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore, Port Ellen) but with a disarming sweet side. Before you get to the long, lingering finish, you might come across notes that remind you of smoking chimneys, windswept beaches, sweet tar and ash. Mix With A touch of water, ice or nothing - its your prerogative! Garnish With Good company or silence - you choose!
