At The Only Chemist, we are committed to providing a discreet, reliable, and efficient delivery service for your medications. As an online-only pharmacy, we deliver directly to your door, ensuring you receive your treatment without the need to visit a physical store.
We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship medications to international addresses.
Prescription Approval: We can only dispense medication once we have received and validated a prescription from your GP or an authorised prescriber.
Dispensing Time: Once your prescription is received, our team aims to dispense your medication within 1 to 2 working days.
Clinical Checks: Every order undergoes a clinical check by our qualified pharmacists to ensure your safety before it is packaged and dispatched.
We use Royal Mail for our deliveries to ensure your package arrives safely.
Standard Delivery: Please allow 2 to 3 working days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.
Urgent Deliveries: If you require your medication urgently, we may be able to offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for a small additional charge. Please contact us directly if you require this service.
Tracking: We will keep you updated via email or SMS regarding the progress of your prescription and the expected delivery time.
Your privacy is our priority. All medications are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging. There are no markings on the outside of the parcel to indicate the contents or that it has come from a pharmacy.
Letterbox Delivery: Most standard medications are packaged to fit through a standard letterbox.
Signatures: For your safety, certain items such as Controlled Drugs or high-value items will require a signature upon delivery.
Safety Notice: By opting for delivery, you agree to ensure that it is safe for items to be posted through your letterbox, particularly regarding the safety of children or pets who may reside at the property.
To ensure the security of your medication, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed and processed. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of your request.
To ensure you never run out of your medication:
Existing Customers: Please request your medication at least 7 days before your current supply runs out.
New Customers: Please allow 10 days for your first order to account for the initial setup and GP nomination process.
If a delivery requires a signature and no one is available to receive it, Royal Mail will leave a “While You Were Out” card with instructions on how to book a redelivery or collect the item from your local sorting office.
