The Martin X Series 000X1AE. This revolutionary model is made of “High Pressure Laminated (HPL)” compressed plywood. The model is a triple-o elaico with a neck and all satin finish. The body material is all high pressure laminate, with a spruce pattern on the top and mahogany pattern again on the back. Bracing is non-scalloped X-bracing. The neck is made of birch laminate and has a 25.4″ long scale despite its 000 (triple O) size. There is a crack on the top of the body. There is a noticeable gap along the grain of the wood starting around the lower 6th string of the bridge. It has been glued in. There are some minor scratches and other signs of use.
